Wake-up service, available in my triple room, was a nice bonus. The bed was comfortable, so at night I slept well. Its personnel was really helpful and exceptionally kind, no complaint. The location was perfect, very close to the city center.

The hotel is in a great and amazing location, near the old town, Grand Bazaar, and other tourist places. the rooms are luxurious and bright, with views of the street, central heating, an iron, and a work desk. - the beds are very comfy.

The room at Hotel Estambul was incredibly spacious, luxurious, and comfortable. The beds were so comfy, and the room service was always punctual. The location was very convenient, just a short walk from the city center and the beach. The staff were always there for us, and their English was excellent. I highly recommend this hotel for everyone.
